(RV) Benedictine Sweeps Heart Women’s Basketball Player of the Week Awards

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Women's Basketball Player of the Week awards, presented WinWon on Monday and (RV) Benedictine College swept the honors.

For the second-straight week, the Ravens' Lauryn Dubbert was named the Heart Offensive Player of the Week, while teammate Nicole Storck was selected the Heart Defensive Player of the Week.

Dubbert and the Ravens went 2-0 in conference play last week, with a 98-64 road win at CMU and a 100-70 home win over Clarke.

The senior averaged 19 points, seven rebounds and 5.5 assists per game in the two contests.

Storck led the Ravens in rebounding, averaging 11.5 rebounds per game. She also had two steals in the win over CMU.
