Heart Softball Players of the Week, Presented by Musco Lighting – Week 7

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Softball Players of the Week, presented by Musco Lighting.

Player of the Week

Alexia Jarrett of Grand View is this week's Heart of America Softball Player of the Week. Jarrett hit three home runs in four games this week, helping Grand View go 4-0. She hit .563 at the plate with 10 RBI and a slugging percentage of 1.250.

Pitcher of the Week

Bailey Selvage of Benedictine is this week's Heart of America Softball Pitcher of the Week. Selvage threw an 8-inning complete game against No. 8 Central Methodist to earn the 2-1 win. She allowed just two earned runs over 13.1 innings pitched. On the week, she tallied 13 strikeouts with eight against Missouri Valley and five against Central Methodist.
