Missouri Baptist Sweeps Heart Softball Player of the Week Awards, Presented by Musco Lighting – Week 6

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Softball Players of the Week, presented by Musco Lighting.

Player of the Week

Alohilani Bursey of Missouri Baptist is this week's Heart of America Softball Player of the Week. Bursey hit .632 on the week with 14 RBI. She hit two doubles, two home runs as the Spartans posted a 6-0 week.

Pitcher of the Week

Kaylie Brake of Missouri Baptist is this week's Heart of America Softball Pitcher of the Week. Brake went 3-0 with three complete games and a 0.98 ERA. She allowed just  15 hits and three earned runs over her 21.1 innings.
