Heart Softball Players of the Week, Presented by Musco Lighting – Week 4

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Softball Players of the Week, presented by Musco Lighting.

Player of the Week

Makayla Johnson of Missouri Baptist is this week's Heart of America Softball Player of the Week. Johnson tallied 10 hits over five games and drove in four runs, scored eight runs and posted a batting average of .667.

Pitcher of the Week

Mandy Brown of MidAmerica Nazarene is this week's Heart of America Softball Pitcher of the Week. Brown threw two complete game victories this week, collecting 10 strikeouts in each game and posting a combined ERA of 0.50.
