Heart Men’s Volleyball Players of the Week, Presented by BoxOut Sports – Week 7

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Men's Volleyball Players of the Week, presented by BoxOut Sports.

Attacker of the Week

Guglielmo Illotti of Mount Mercy is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Attacker of the Week. Illotti helped the Mustangs to two ranked wins, tallying 37 kills, including 23 against No. 2 St. Xavier, hitting .400 in that match.

Setter of the Week

Brady Zell of William Penn is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Setter of the Week. Zell racked up 153 assists over four matches including 44 against Mount Mercy and 42 against Mount Vernon Nazarene. He tallied 11.77 assists per set on the week.

Defender of the Week

Emilio Spanner of William Penn is this week's Heart of America Men's Volleyball Defender of the week. Spanner averaged 1.23 blocks per set with 16 total blocks. He also had 22 digs and 44 kills over two matches as the Statesmen went 3-1.
