ROUND OF 16 (Dec. 1)
Grand View 1, Bethel 0
Grand View stunned top-seeded Bethel with a 1–0 upset, powered by a 12th-minute strike from Pietro Piacenza and a lockdown defensive effort. Piacenza lofted in the match-winner off a long goal kick from Luis Helm, who finished with four saves and secured the clean sheet. The Vikings advanced to the Quarterfinals for the second time in school history.

William Penn 2, Oklahoma Wesleyan 0
William Penn delivered one of the tournament's biggest upsets, knocking off No. 2 Oklahoma Wesleyan 2–0 behind a composed second-half push. Hector Bastos broke the deadlock in the 59th minute, and Sven Henneberg added a late insurance goal in the 89th. The Statesmen outshot OKWU 8–6 and matched them with four shots on target, advancing to the Quarterfinals for the first time since 2021.

MidAmerica Nazarene 3, John Brown 1
MidAmerica Nazarene controlled its Round of 16 matchup from start to finish, earning a 3–1 victory behind a brace from Elyes Ellouz. Ellouz scored just 53 seconds into the match, and the Pioneers regained the lead with an own goal. MNU held strong through heavy John Brown pressure, then sealed the win in the 64th minute when Ellouz completed his brace for a decisive two-goal cushion.

QUARTERFINALS (Dec. 4)
Grand View 2, Georgia Gwinnett 0
Grand View continued its remarkable tournament appearance with a 2–0 win over No. 9 Georgia Gwinnett, earning the program's first-ever trip to the National Semifinals. After a tight defensive battle, the Vikings struck twice late, Justin Figaroa in the 84th minute and Pietro Piacenza in the 87th, to secure their third straight shutout.

William Penn 1, MidAmerica Nazarene 3
In a Heart-vs-Heart quarterfinal, MidAmerica Nazarene advanced with a 3–1 win in a competitive matchup defined by key moments on both sides. MNU scored early in the eighth minute and added a second in the 80th. William Penn responded with an 82nd-minute penalty from Matias Meijide to cut the deficit, but the Pioneers regained a two-goal cushion late. Despite outshooting MNU 14–9, the Statesmen's season concluded after a strong postseason run.

SEMIFINALS (Dec. 6)
Grand View 1, Cumberlands 0
Grand View earned its first-ever trip to the NAIA National Championship with a composed 1–0 semifinal victory over No. 12 Cumberlands. Herman Furumo netted the match-winner in the 50th minute, assisted by Pietro Piacenza and Justin Figaroa. The Vikings outshot the Patriots 13–7 and posted their fourth consecutive tournament shutout behind two key saves from Luis Helm.

WVU Tech 2, MidAmerica Nazarene 1
MidAmerica Nazarene's season concluded in the national semifinal with a narrow 2–1 defeat to undefeated WVU Tech. Antonio Mugica pulled the Pioneers within one in the 68th minute on a free kick and nearly equalized minutes later, but MNU's late surge fell just short. The loss ends another elite postseason run for the Pioneers, who have reached at least the Quarterfinals in three of the past four seasons.
