Heart of America Announces Golfers of the Week - Week 6

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the Heart of America Golfers of the Week.

Men's Golfer of the Week

Felipe Suarez of Missouri Valley is this week's Heart of America Men's Golfer of the Week. Suarez posted scores of 69 (-2), 66 (-5) and 66 (-5) to finish at -12 for the tournament to take home first place at the Pioneer Prairie Classic.

Women's Golfer of the Week

Chiara Bothe of Mount Mercy is this week's Heart of America Women's Golfer of the Week. Bothe took home the individual title at the Virginia McCoy Fall Invite by six shots, posting a 76 (+4) in round two, followed by a 73 (+3). This performance helped lead the Mustangs to a tournament win by 16 strokes.
