Missouri Valley's Aidan Oldham Earns Heart Cheerleader of the Week

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Cheerleader of the Week on Monday.

Aidan Oldham of Missouri Valley College earned the award on Monday.

The sophomore competed in the flyer position for the Vikings and led the Vikings to a first-place finish in their competition at the Spartan Showcase in St. Louis, Mo.

The Vikings took home first place out of nine total teams with a score of 91.1.

In order to nominate a cheerleader for the Heart Cheerleader of the Week award, the Heart competitive cheer team that earns the highest score during a competition for the week of Jan. 20-26 is eligible for the Heart Cheerleader of the Week award.

The team with the highest score will select one cheerleader from their team and that cheerleader will garner the award.
