Missouri Valley Wins Seventh-Straight Heart Competitive Cheer Conference Championship
Missouri Valley continued its impressive run of Heart titles on Saturday, as they won their seventh-straight Heart of America Athletic Conference Competitive Cheer Championship.
Missouri Valley continued its impressive run of Heart titles on Saturday, as they won their seventh-straight Heart of America Athletic Conference Competitive Cheer Championship.
The Vikings earned 90.59 total points, narrowly defeating MidAmerica Nazarene who scored 90.04 points. Gand View placed third with 87.25 points.
For the first time, the Heart awarded a Competitive Cheer, 2023 Heart Cheerleader of the Year award. Cheerleaders from across the conference submitted an All-Conference tryout video, which was judged by the official 2023 Heart Competitive Cheer Conference Championship judges.
The cheerleader with the highest score from the tryout, earned Heart Cheerleader of the Year. The scores also determined the 2023 Heart Competitive Cheer First and Second Team All-Conference award winners.
