Heart Baseball Players of the Week Announced - February 10

The Heart of America Athletic Conference announced its Heart Baseball Players of the Week on Monday afternoon. 

Gilberto Torres of Park University earned the Heart Baseball Player of the Week, while Foster Seitz of No. 14 ranked Central Methodist University earned the Heart Pitcher of the Week.

Torres played in four games last week and hit three home runs and drove in eight runs. He hit .429 on the week at the Cajun Collision. 

Seitz threw a complete game shutout for the Eagles in a 6-0 win over No. 22 ranked Tabor (Kan.).

He allowed just four hits and one walk and struck out nine batters.
